CarVerse Simulator – Account and Data Deletion

1. Account Deletion Policy

Damayanti Technologies respects the privacy and data rights of all CarVerse Simulator players.

Players, parents and legal guardians may request the permanent deletion of a CarVerse Simulator account and its associated personal information.

We provide two ways to request account deletion:

• In-App Account Deletion.
• External Account Deletion Request.

Account deletion requests are available even if the user has uninstalled the game or cannot access their device.

2. Method 1 – Delete Your Account Inside the Game

If CarVerse Simulator is installed on your device:

Once the deletion process is successfully completed, your account and associated personal information will be deleted from our active systems, subject to applicable legal retention requirements and backup deletion schedules.

Deleting your account may permanently remove your game progress, virtual coins, vehicles, upgrades, achievements and associated multiplayer information.

This action cannot be undone.

3. Method 2 – Request Account Deletion Through Our Website or Email

If you have uninstalled CarVerse Simulator, lost access to your device or are a parent or legal guardian requesting deletion on behalf of a child, you can submit an account deletion request.

We may request reasonable information to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.

Users do not need to reinstall the game to submit an external deletion request.

4. Information Deleted

When an account deletion request is successfully processed, we will delete or de-identify the associated information from our active systems, as applicable.

This may include:

• Firebase Authentication account and associated login information.
• Registered email address associated with the account.
• Player username and profile information.
• Player identifiers associated with the account.
• Saved game progress.
• Garage information and vehicle configurations.
• Virtual coin balances.
• Friend lists and friend request information.
• Associated multiplayer profile information.
• Associated racing statistics and achievements.

Where information has been shared with our service providers for processing, we will take appropriate steps to request deletion where applicable.

5. Information That May Be Retained

Certain limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

• Legal and regulatory compliance.
• Security and fraud prevention.
• Resolving disputes.
• Enforcing legitimate legal rights.

Any retained information will be limited to the applicable purpose and will not be used to continue providing the deleted account's normal game services.

Temporary copies may remain in protected backups or system logs until they are removed through the normal retention and deletion process.

6. Account Deletion Processing Time

In-App Requests:
Where supported by the implemented deletion system, account deletion will be initiated immediately after the user's final confirmation.

External Requests:
External deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 calendar days after successful verification.
If additional verification is required, we may contact the requester using the supplied contact information.
We will provide confirmation when the deletion process has been completed.

7. Important Information

• Account deletion is permanent.
• Deleted game progress and virtual items may not be recoverable.
• Virtual coins have no cash redemption value.
• Account deletion does not automatically delete information that we are legally required to retain.
• Parents and legal guardians may contact us regarding deletion requests for children's accounts.
